Exercise #1
I managed 21 minutes of outside, sunshine filled exercise. It was a mixture of running and walking. It was beautiful.
Tomorrow I will run for 30 minutes. If I can’t I will run for 30 the day after. There’s a nice park nearby. I like taking the time for myself and you should too. It really isn’t much – exercise wise or time wise but it was amazing how much it helped the day.
Concentrate on your successes and you can do it again π
